A little about how we work ....

Working closely with our clients, from planning through to final analysis, we ensure each project is tailored to meet campaign objectives as well as client expectations.

We commence each campaign with a clear and concise brief to ensure each campaign undertaken sits perfectly alongside your existing marketing activities, delivering consistent brand messages.

We also understand the need to accurately forecast time frame and results whilst simultaneously providing a cost effective pricing structure. We therefore cost each project on an individual bases, ensuring our clients animpressive ROI.

At the initial briefing we discuss and agree the frequency and nature of reports required.On completion of each campaign all information is fed to our client together with any data updates and other intelligence we secure whilst making calls. Where call outcome is time sensitive we are able to offer feedback more frequently if required.

Reports are generally supplied in electronic format however can also be supplied in hard copy. All original data is returned incorporating updates captured. These might include change of name, address, telephone number, email address etc, all of which are checked at the point of calling for data verification. Again there is no additional charge for this information.

Once all reports have been compiled, we prepare a project de-brief looking at each stage of the project in detail, highlighting areas which could be improved for future campaigns.
